KEY Engineering Associates (KEY) has continuously worked for Hillsborough County Public School’s (HCPS) for nearly 35 years. KEY was the civil engineer-of-record for HCPS's Sites & Utilities Department from 1992 to 2004. From 2004 to present, KEY's role expanded to include engineering services for HCPS's Sites & Utilties Department, Facilities Maintenance Support Department, and Planning & Construction Department. Hillsborough County Public Schools is, and continues to be, KEY's largest client.
