KEY Engineering Associates (KEY) was the civil engineer-of-record for Hillsborough County Public School’s (HCPS) Sites & Utilities Department from 1992 to 2004. From 2004 to present, KEY's role expanded to include engineering services for HCPS's Sites & Utilties Department, Facilities Maintenance Support Department, and Planning & Construction Department. Hillsborough County Public Schools is, and continues to be, KEY's largest client.
KEY has served as the engineer-of-record for Ni Florida since 2008 and May Electric Solar since 2012. Other principal clients include the Florida State Fair Authority, Ni America, Utility Group of Florida, Marolf Environmental, EarthTech, Pacific Tomato Growers, Hudson Water Works, Saint Leo University, Wilder Architecture, Beck Architecture, Phoenix Engineering, Continental Properties, Melrose Management, Cemex-Rinker Materials, and B & B Corporate Holdings.
